Who do I contact if I'm having Teams problems?
The best person to contact if you're experiencing issues with Teams is your instructor. If for some reason you cannot reach your instructor in a timely manner, we recommend reaching out to your program manager/chair.
If you're still having issues and cannot get a hold of anyone, you can submit a ticket with the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@rccc.edu or calling704-216-7200. Please understand if you need immediate assistance outside of normal business hours, the Help Desk may not be the best option.
